At Parklands we have a team of dedicated reception staff.  They are there to help you in which every way they are able to.  As all of the receptionist are part time we have a large team, many of whom have been with us for many years and have gained a lot of experience.

They have a difficult job at times trying to help every patient.  Sometimes it can be difficult if appointments are not available or a prescription is not ready.  They are required to work under processes that they are not able to change.  Please be patient with them as they try to assist you.
